Storage of substances hazardous to water (WGK 1-3)

At the Munich-Aubing site, Linther Spedition has all official permits for the storage of water-polluting substances of classes WGK 1 to WGK 3 - in accordance with the requirements of the AwSV (Ordinance on Installations for Handling Substances Hazardous to Water).

What does WGK mean?

The water hazard class (WGK) indicates the degree to which a substance or mixture can pollute water bodies. The classification is based on the standards of the Federal Environment Agency. We store a variety of hazardous substances in accordance with legal regulations, including lithium-ion batteries and water-polluting substances. Our hazardous materials warehouse is specially secured, monitored and meets all requirements in accordance with the Hazardous Substances Ordinance and TRGS guidelines.

Our entire warehouse at the Munich-Aubing site is equipped with a modern fire alarm system and meets the requirements of VdS guideline 3103 : 2019-06 (03). In addition, Linther Spedition at the Munich site is certified by DEKRA and has all official permits from the City of Munich (Department of Health and Environment) for the storage of water-polluting substances of classes 1 to 3.
